God's Wonderful Works

Dear brothers and sisters,

With our first lines we greet you with the peace of our Lord Jesus.

By the help of God, the first month of this year has passed and I come to the Lord with much gratitude for His rich grace and His wonderful works.

Right from the beginning of the year, we had a week of prayer at church and every day we met up for prayer, then for two days we went caroling through the village to the people's homes, and there we had a special grace to preach about Jesus to people in our community.

This month we visited 5 churches in our region, where by the Grace of the Lord we could serve those churches and encourage them, as well as the church in our village.

Charity and Outreach

Our church raised some charity for brothers in Christ from the war area. We gave the charity to our brothers from Dinauts church who went to Donetsk region and brought it to our brothers in need there. We thank the Lord for protecting our brothers in Christ in the way and have been able bring joy to the brethren who live in the war zone. We also thank you for praying for them and for your help in this ministry.

Our church organized an outreach in the center of the village for the people of our community. 50 unsaved people, 30 children and several youths came to the outreach. We pray that the Lord will work on the hearts of those people who overcame shame and came to the evangelization. Let the Holy Spirit investigate their hearts as the Word sown in them brings fruit.

Our family rejoices in the peace of the Lord. Thank you for supporting us in the ministry. May the Lord bless you and reward you and may His peace be with you!

Bringing In the New Year

Dear brothers and sisters,

IMG-1518.JPG

I greet you with the peace of our Lord Jesus! I praise the Lord for you who stand with us in our fight against the enemy and pray for us and the ministry in Ukraine. I thank God for the financial support too which is not less important in the ministry.

With God’s help and mercy, we lived one more year, the last month of which was quite busy. We have the privilege to celebrate Christmas twice this year. We celebrated it on December 25th, when we had a special service at church. We will celebrate it on January 7th again, with other people in our community. On December 31st we had a special service at church which started at 9 p.m. and ended at midnight. Thus, everybody from our church had the opportunity to begin the New Year in the church.

I preached at two funerals in December and made ten pastoral visits. I visited two nonbeliever families and I had the opportunity to share the Gospel to them.

In December I had a bad flu but with God’s mercy it passed without side effects and I am alive and fine now. I praise the Lord that no one in the family caught the flu I had.

May the Lord reward your sacrifice you do for us in Ukraine! May the peace and love of the Lord be with you!

Through Grief Comes Hope

Dear brothers and sisters,

In vizita la diaconul bisericii care este bolnav.jpg

From the first lines I greet you with the peace of the Lord who carries us in His chariot of victory every day. God has shown us His amazing mercy during the last autumn month providing us everyday with food, peace in our area although our country is at war, and leading us triumphant from trials. We praise Him for everything.

We had a funeral at our church. A sister in Christ, a member of our church, passed away. Her children who are not believers and a lot of unsaved relatives were able to hear about Christ’s love for them. We had a wonderful opportunity to evangelize the unsaved people.

At church we are preparing for winter holidays: the youth, children and the choir have singing practice and other preparations. Most importantly we pray for our country which wastes a lot of money on the war in which so many people have been dying. Because of the war life in Ukraine has become very expensive and we can hardly bear it.  Join with us in prayer for God’s plan in our country, and if this is His plan, to humble people, then pray for us to receive power from God to withstand all the trials.

May God’s peace be with you!

Gospel in the Radio Waves

Warm greetings in Jesus’ Name from Chernauti, Ukraine!

I and my family always thank our Lord for you, for your prayer and financial support. I pray Him to be your great reward.

With God’s help and your prayers, we have lived through one more beautiful fall month. In October I visited some churches in Constantsa, Romania, where I preached in five churches. I had the opportunity to be live on a Christian radio in Constantsa where I could share with the radio listeners how God works in Ukraine.

Opportunities to Share

I preached at a funeral where the relatives are deep orthodox believers. I preached to them about Jesus’s salvation and His blood sacrifice for us, sinners.

Two young women and a young boy who is 16 and who is orphan started to come regularly to our church in Rakitna. Please, pray for them to choose Christ for their lives and repent.

We praise the Lord for blessings and trials He gives us in our family. Pray for us and for peace in our country. The situation in our country is not stable, it is becoming harder and harder, as the prices are rising incredibly. Please pray for God’s ministry to continue and not stop. I leave you with the peace of our Lord.

Best regards, Kioresko Grigory

Camp Follow-Up

Multumire Domnului impreuna cu adunarea..jpg

Dear brothers and sisters,

First, I greet you with the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Every day I thank the Lord for you, for your support, prayers and everything you do for us. May the Lord reward you!

With God’s help we lived through the first fall month. It was a difficult month from both sides, spiritual and physical. I worked with the youth who accepted the Lord at the PIEI camp this summer. I tried to encourage them. I bring to your knowledge that Edgar’s parents don’t persecute him anymore. We praise the Lord for this. Please, pray for him and for Dan Statnik to be strong in their faith and to resist the Devil’s attacks.

Care For the Orphans

On September 30 we celebrated Thanksgiving. We had a blessed service. We raised money and bought all kinds of goods and bought them to the orphanage for disabled children from our region. The kids and the staff enjoyed our visit a lot. The staff asked us if we can bring them potatoes. I told the church members about this problem and we are ready to bring them the potatoes. Please, pray for this important ministry.

Please pray for me and my family to stand all the trials that come upon us. Thank you again for everything you do for the ministry in Ukraine.

May the peace of the Lord be with you!

Teens Witness To Their Families

With God’s help we lived an amazing month full of blessings, and God’s gratitude surrounded us day by day. I and our family thank God for you, for your prayers that God answers and for the financial support you help us monthly.

I am so grateful for the youth who accepted the Lord at camp this summer. One teen, whose name is Edgar, had parents who persecuted him after they heard that he became Christian. We praise the Lord that Edgar resisted all persecutions and now he is still in the church. The father of another teenager, Dan, hearing that his son repented, expressed his desire to attend church and become a Christian too,  as only he in their family is nonbeliever. Please, pray for these boys and their families to be saved.

Vision in Ministry

Pray for me to have vision in the ministry and guidance from the Lord. We plan to celebrate Thanksgiving in the center of the village. We don’t know exactly how it will be, but we pray for this event and we ask you to join with us in prayer too.

I thank you once more of being part of my life and working with me in the Gospel field in Ukraine. May the Lord reward you all the sacrifice you do and may His peace be with you! I am glad for you and pray for you.
