As I do each time I prepare a ministry update, I find myself thinking about which experiences from the month have impacted me the most. I would like to begin with an experience from one of the villages where I minister, the village of Valea Uiasca.
A young woman and expectant mother named Bianca had a dream in which the Lord Jesus came to her and told her that He did not know her. She shared the dream with the congregation and confessed that she had never truly received the Lord Jesus. She began to cry and expressed her desire to receive the Lord Jesus as her Savior and Lord.
I confess that, personally, I do not base my faith on dreams, but I remembered what is written in Job 33, that God speaks in one way and then in another, and that when people are deeply asleep, He impresses His instructions upon them. Who was I to judge?
Another meaningful experience was when a brother from Băleni Sârbi contacted me. He knew that I minister among the poor Rudari communities in the villages and asked me if he could come with a large vehicle full of food to distribute. I told him yes, and we distributed food in three villages: Valea Uiasca, Valea Dumirești, and Oiești.
Many tears of joy were shed. We gave food not only to believers, but also to people who did not attend the church. It is difficult to put into words the joy mixed with tears that we witnessed.
At the same time, through the ministry program with the girls from the orphanage, I would like to testify that, for me personally, it is a great joy to see lives turning to God, to help them receive the Lord Jesus, and to teach them how to be nourished by the Word of God.
For everyone who prays for us and supports us financially, we also pray that the Lord Jesus will reward you according to His perfect will.
