Blessed and glorified be God, our Father, and our dear Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
Every time we are called to the PIEI Center in Alba Iulia, it is a great joy for me. This joy comes from knowing that in this place I get to meet some of the most wonderful people — my brothers and fellow missionaries.
At the center, I truly feel at home, and each time I have come, we have been warmly welcomed by the brothers from the PIEI committee.
The service and hospitality of Brother Mike and Sister Alisa have deeply impressed me. I was genuinely moved by the devotion, love, and warmth with which these wonderful people received us every time.
This time, I happened to be sick, with fever, chills, and weakness. Yet I did not back down — even in that condition, I decided to go to the missionaries’ meeting in Alba Iulia. Perhaps someone else would not have left home feeling as I did, but I knew that once I arrived at the PIEI Center, I would regain my strength — and that’s exactly what happened. By the next day, I was already feeling healed and full of joy, happy to be in the presence of my brothers once again.
The theme of the meeting was:
“Making Disciples – The Great Commission or the Great Omission?”
I had the joy of meeting Brother Gigi Dobrin, a remarkable man from whom I learned that true Christianity is an active faith — that disciples have a divine mandate, a divine message, and a divine mission.
We had a blessed and well-organized time of fellowship, led by Brother Timotei. On Friday, we traveled to the vacation house in Negrilești, about seventy kilometers from the PIEI Center — a fascinating place with an extraordinarily beautiful landscape, where we could admire the surrounding mountains and breathe the fresh air.
We are deeply grateful to our brothers and sisters on the PIEI Romania team, and we also thank the leadership board in America. May God bless you and reward you a hundredfold for all you have done for us!
Our desire is to begin this discipleship training as soon as possible in the churches that God has entrusted to us. My humble request is that you would support us through your prayers — pray both for us and for the brothers and sisters who will be starting this course.
May God bless you and our brothers from PIEI!
