Where God call you to be, that's where your ministry is.

Every time I prepare this report, I first pray that the Holy Spirit would guide me to share only what He Himself has accomplished through my ministry. As many of you know, in the place where God has set me, He has also shown me the needs that surround us.

Before writing this update, I read a verse from God’s Word that touched my heart: Nehemiah 3:28 – “Above the Horse Gate, the priests made repairs, each in front of his own house.” I understood that wherever God has placed you with your family, you are called to serve.

Although my schedule is full—sometimes even with meetings in two villages on the same day, since they are close by—I want to say that I serve with joy, because I am convinced that through this very service we are building for eternity. For example, last night I had a meeting in Valea Uiașca, and afterward I crossed the hill and went on to the village of Valea Dumirești. Though it is tiring, the Lord Jesus gives me the strength I need.

Let me briefly mention the places where I am involved:

• Rotunda – here we finished building the widow’s little house together with her 10-year-old son, though we had to stop at the bathroom since we no longer had resources. (We ask for your prayer support in this matter. Thank you sincerely!)

• Oiesti – considered the “mother church,” since it is legally registered, while the others are seen as branch churches.

• Valea Dumirești, Valea Uiașca, Rotunda, and Tigveni – where we have another very important point of ministry, especially the orphanages, since there are several.

Because all these works must be covered, the most urgent and important need remains: the preparation of workers for ministry. I am increasingly aware that the baton must be passed on, but we are confronted with the reality that fewer and fewer believers are available for the Lord’s work. Let us pray that “the Lord Jesus would send out laborers into His harvest.”

The one thing we can certainly do is pray—for all who are our partners in advancing God’s Kingdom in this area.

I recently had a special joy: last Sunday, after the church service, we were invited by Brother Liviu and Sister Dăfinuța Grozavu to their home. They had also invited many friends who normally do not attend church, and we had the opportunity to share the Gospel with them.

Since you are partners with us and help us in so many ways, the least we can do is bring you daily before the Throne of Grace. I would like to mention in prayer:

• Brother Cornel and Sister Gabi, who is now suffering;

• Brother Alex and Sister Rodica, who faithfully think of all the missionaries;

• The entire PIEI Committee in the States, who make such a great effort to promote each of our ministries for sponsorship;

• Families Ed & Daiana, Matei Scheau, Sister Naomi, and all those whom the Lord Jesus has placed on their hearts to be fellow workers with God.

Also, the PIEI Committee in Romania:

• Brother Timotei and his family, especially for his health;

• Brother Jenu and his wife and family;

• Brother Mike and Sister Alis with their whole family.

For all of them I pray for health, strength for the work, and the Lord’s protection!

I close with a verse that has strengthened me greatly: Acts 1:8 – “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
