And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death—even death on a cross. (v.9) Therefore God also highly exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name, (v.10) so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, (v.11) and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Every child who attended this program, whether from a Christian family or a non-Christian family, had the opportunity to understand some wonderful truths about the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Every moment of each day was filled with joy.
Each day we spent together included a variety of activities: coloring pages depicting miracles performed by the Lord Jesus (for example, Jesus calming the storm — Mark 4:39), Twister, BomStom, parachute games, volleyball, soccer, and other sweet surprises at the end of each meeting.
This VBS program was a special opportunity for the children from Christian families in the church to grow in their knowledge of the Lord Jesus. At the same time, it became a “bridge” for building relationships with non-Christian families in the Ponorel area. I now have an open door of friendship with the non-Christian parents of the children who attended our program.

* For my daughter, Ana Maria, who has her most difficult medical school exam on September 19.
