We are glad to be together as part of the work of expanding the Kingdom of God. We thank the Lord for your involvement and for the support you offer us. May God reward you and bless you abundantly.
We are slowly approaching the fall season and a new school year will soon begin. We pray and desire to receive wisdom from the Lord, so that we may know how to work as effectively as possible among the children, for His glory.
In our previous updates, we wrote to you about Sister Neli, who was left a widow at a relatively young age, with four children. Her husband, Tibi, passed into eternity last year following a heart attack, at the age of 46. As a local church in Crăciunelu, we got involved at Christmas to help her move into the new house they had built, which was not yet fully completed.
Since then, many things have been done to help finish the house and make it possible for the family to move in. We thank the Lord for providing people who were willing to help in different ways and for the opportunity to be there for this family in a practical way. At the same time, we have been seeking to support them spiritually, encouraging Neli and her children and trying to involve them more and more in the life and activities of the church. We especially desire for the children to become more involved in the children’s ministry and to participate in the camps and other activities organized for them. We pray that, through all these opportunities, they will feel loved and supported and, most importantly, that they will grow in their relationship with the Lord and come to know Him personally more and more.
We continue to pray for the brothers and sisters who are struggling with illness. We desire to be an encouragement to them. We also pray for those who care for the sick.
