We continue to visit at least once a month the two believers who remain in the church in Stâna de Mureș. Brother Ioșca is 85 years old and Sister Livia is 90. We believe that by being together at communion and having fellowship, they are encouraged and do not feel abandoned. In turn, we are also encouraged as we see the way they live a pure life for the glory of the Lord, testifying to the things He has done in their lives over the years.
By God’s grace, an opportunity has opened for us to evangelize several young people from a town near Copșa Mică. We have already told you about Sister Neli and her children, whose husband passed away in December 2025. We went to visit them and decided to organize a youth meeting in their village. Sister Neli’s oldest son, Alex and his friend George became actively involved, inviting their friends and acquaintances and about 20 people attended this meeting. It was a blessed gathering and we rejoiced that we were able to share the Gospel with them.
Shortly afterward, we organized another youth meeting at the church in Mihalț, which was attended both by them and by the local young people. We were glad for their willingness to come, especially considering that we began the meeting at 8:00 PM so that everyone could first finish their work schedules. To our joy, no one rushed to leave, and we enjoyed fellowship together for several hours. We were encouraged by their openness. Some of them shared the struggles they have with various addictions and gave personal testimonies about how they chose to surrender their lives to the Lord. They are at the beginning of their journey, and we want to be an encouragement and support to them, tools that God can use for His glory.
Prayer requests:
· Please pray for the two remaining church members from Stâna de Mureș. In their prayers, they always express their desire that faith would not disappear from that village and that they would not be the last ones to testify about the Lord Jesus there;
· Please pray for the group of teenagers and young men we met with, that they would come to know the Truth, trust in the Lord and receive strength to overcome their addictions and all other things that keep them separated from God.
In Him,
