Fellowship is amazing

Our beloved brothers and sisters in the Lord,

 With the Lord’s help, we send you holy greetings from Mihalț. After returning from the mission in Ukraine, we continued the work of renovating the church building and with God's help, last Sunday we had our first gathering with the brothers and sisters in the renovated church. Sister Maria, an 85-year-old widow, had a deeply moving reaction when she entered the church for the first time. She began to cry and, through her tears, kept saying: “I really missed coming to the house of the Lord! What a beautiful church we have!”

Throughout the entire worship service, there was a sincere atmosphere of gratitude towards the Lord, who helped us bring this work to completion, as well as a sense of unity, since the renovation of the church was something we all prayed for and contributed to, each with what the Lord has given us. Even though it was an administrative task, the testimonies from people in the community and village where we are placed were positive.

Also, with God's help, we want to begin a new plan of ministry. It is an online Bible study, for which we have spoken with some young people who are eager to get involved in this project. If all goes well, we plan to launch this project in September. In its initial phase, the study will cover 13 lessons on the importance of prayer in the life of believers. We aim to hold weekly meetings.

By the grace of the Lord, Teodora has graduated from university as Valedictorian and plans to continue her studies with a master’s program. Starting September 1st, she will begin working in a center for children with disabilities. Together with the children from the surrounding area, she plans to start a study of the Gospel of John, focusing on what each of them understands from the book and what they can personally share.

 Prayer requests:

~We give thanks to the Lord for enabling us to complete the church renovation and we continue to pray to see it filled with people with hearts aligned with God's will ;

~We continue to pray for the people of Ukraine;
~We also pray for those with whom we will begin the Bible study and the reading of the book of John.
