The Celebration of Pentecost

Our dear brothers and sister in the Lord,

First of all, as we are currently celebrating Pentecost, the descent of the Holy Spirit, we wish you all an abundant portion of the Holy Spirit’s guidance in everything you do, may it all be done for the glory of our heavenly Father. May you also be encouraged by our Lord’s promise to never leave us nor forsake us, as long as we seek God's righteousness.

We are grateful to the Lord and to you for the involvement and support that you give us so that we can be more effective in the ministry that God has entrusted to us.

We are glad to be able to share with you once again some of the work that we have done, for the glory of the Lord in the mission field in which God has placed us, in the past month.

On Children's Day, the 1st of June, with the Lord's help, we organized a special children's meeting. It was a beautiful meeting in which we sang together, played a couple of games and most importantly, we were able to reach the hearts of the children with the Gospel again. Using the story of the multiplication of the loaves, in which the child who had the two fish and the five loaves of bread gave them to the Lord, we challenged the children to mention a couple of things that they could give to the Lord. Then I told them that the most important thing is to give their own lives to God, so that in the end, we will all be with God in eternity. When we designed the invitations for this event, we mentioned that they were adressed to anyone who can still be a child at heart and we had the joy of welcoming 2 older people as well. Sister Neluta and her husband, Mihai, who has not given his life to Christ yet and for whom we are praying.

We have also enjoyed these peaceful and quiet holidays in our church and in our families, while giving thanks to the Lord for His grace and for being able to still enjoy peace in our country. Our neighbours across the eastern border have already been at war for 3 years and the news in our countries talk more and more about the very real possibility that Romania could be drawn in this war.

From the 30th of June to the 5th of July, 2025 the first camp in Necrilesti will take place, with God’s help. A camp that is under the administration of PIEI. We are working closely with the brothers in the organization with the hope that in this camp God will be glorified, while praying that the children who come, will know Him and surrender their lives into God's hands.

Reasons for prayer:

- for peace in our country, in Ukraine, in Israel and in the whole world;

- for the children we work with, that they may surrender themselves into God's hands;

- for the camp in Necrilesti;

- for me and my family: spiritual and physical health;

-for Mihai, for him to accept the Lord as his personal Saviour.
