God's timing

Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord,We have rejoiced in the Lord together with our brothers and sisters during the celebration of the Lord’s Resurrection, thanking Him for the love He has shown us. We believe that we have been united in this celebration by the Holy Spirit, both we, here in Romania, and you, in the USA.

At the Church in Crăciunelu, two people who are not members of our congregation expressed a desire to join us in worship and participated in the special meetings we held on this occasion. During these gatherings, we focused on the plan of salvation and the significance of the Lord’s sacrifice for us. Their names are Mary and John, and we pray that the seed of the Word remains in their hearts and minds and that it will bear fruit.

At the Church in Mihalț, two friends of the church, two men attend our meetings. One of them is John, the husband of sister Neluța, and the other is Romica.  Unfortunately, his family, especially his wife, does not support his decision to come to church. We are praying for him as well, asking God to strengthen him and help him continue to seek the Lord with an open heart.

By God's grace, we are also thankful for the young people in our church. We pray that they may grow in His grace and be useful in every good work that brings glory to God. Proclaiming the Gospel and making disciples have always been, and continue to be, central to the ministry to which the Lord has called us. Our goal is to help these young people mature spiritually through fellowship, prayer, and time in the Word of God.

Another important area of my ministry remains the school. Here, my hope is to be able to lead by example and, where there is openness, to share the Word of God. My desire is to show that the life of a practicing Christian is truly worth living, a life that brings glory to God.

Prayer Requests:

  1. For the four friends we mentioned: the two people from Crăciunelu and the two men, John and Romica, from Mihalț. We pray for their full return to God with all their hearts;

  2. For the young people in our church and those with whom we work. May God help them grow spiritually so that they may carry the ministry forward with strength and wisdom;

  3. For the ministry that I carry out wherever the Lord leads me. My prayer is that the message and testimony I bring to the children and adults will remain pure and never be compromised by sin or personal negligence.

In Him,
Daniel C. Petruț – PIEI Romania Missionary
