I thank the Lord for keeping the door of grace open for His work and for the many opportunities I have had this month.

            •          I am thankful for the meeting with the PIEI brothers in Alba Iulia.

            •          I am grateful for the support you send, which allows me to continue bringing the Gospel to prisons, and to help those in need and orphans.

            •          At the meeting in Alba Iulia, the main topic was discipleship — making disciples who make other disciples.

            •          I had a meaningful meeting with my family doctor, who even asked me to pray for him.

            •          I visited several sick sisters, and at one home, I met the woman who takes care of the patient; she was very open to the Word of God.

            •          There are two sick families we continue to visit; one sister is bedridden, cared for by Sister Lenuța and my wife.

            •          On October 7, I attended the funeral of Sister Doina. Many people were present, but sadly, it happened just as it is written in 2 Timothy 4:3–4:

“For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.”  How painful this is!

 Prayer Requests:

            •          For Dr. Dumitra,

            •          For our sick brothers and sisters,

            •          For Lili and her family,

            •          That the brothers would have a desire to be discipled and to make disciples.
