With the Lord’s help, my wife Nuti, together with several sisters from the church, organized a fellowship evening for Women’s Day, where the sisters gathered together.
It was a blessed time, with around thirty women in attendance. Other women from outside the church were also invited, and we were encouraged by their positive response. Nine women from the village joined us alongside our sisters.
They enjoyed a beautiful time of fellowship, praising the Lord together and praying for one another. It was an intimate setting where they got to know each other better and even shared the struggles they face in their families and daily lives.
My wife shared with me that she was deeply encouraged by the openness she saw among them, as they prayed for one another with tears.
They also had a special time learning from Scripture about the kind of life the Lord desires from each of them—as wives, mothers, and even grandmothers.
Each woman received a small gift, a token of appreciation, accompanied by flowers, of course.
We pray that God will bless all the sisters and give them strength to live for His glory, being a good testimony both in their families and beyond.
On Sunday, the children of the church also presented a special program dedicated to mothers. There were poems, songs, and Bible verses that the children had learned.
We praise God for all the children who are being raised in Christian families, and we also pray for those who do not have believing parents to teach them the way of the Lord from a young age.
We believe that the Lord hears our prayers and will do far more than we can imagine. Glory to Him!
