Greetings with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters from the United States—our partners in evangelism here in Ukraine.
By the Lord's grace and love for us, we serve God in our region. He protects us from all evil during these difficult times of war in Ukraine.
1. We are glad that the Lord helped us organize a one-day Easter celebration for all the children in our village. About 60 children attended. There were Bible lessons for the children, contests with Bible questions, gifts and prizes for the children, and various games. The children were very happy. We invited them to our lessons at Sunday school, which is attached to our church.
2. We held the Lord's Supper at the church in the village of Dolzhok. I also visited a sick sister. She will soon turn 99. She was very happy that we have not forgotten her and that the sister can, together with the church, remember the suffering and death of our Lord through Holy Communion.
3. Our church continues to provide food and financial support to the church in Nedoboivtsi, which prepares meals for soldiers on the front lines. Volunteers then deliver this prepared food to the battlefields, where the soldiers wait for it to recharge. They are very grateful for this assistance.
4. We had a large outreach with brothers from Moldova. We are glad that unbelievers attended this outreach and heard God's word. We are praying for them.
5. We held two child blessing services. Two young families brought their children before God for a blessing. These were very blessed services, where everyone participated in the worship—the children, the choir, and the youth—praise be to God.
6. We are grateful to God for His protection and preservation, for blessing us in everything, and for allowing us to serve Him peacefully here in our region.
- We thank God for you, dear brothers and sisters, our partners in the gospel here in Ukraine. You are a great support to us, both in your prayers for us and financially. Thanks to you, we are able to serve people here who are currently in need, glory to God.
7. Prayer requests:
- Pray with us for the long-awaited peace to come to Ukraine.
- Pray for those who heard God's Word at evangelism, that the Lord will test their hearts for repentance.
- Continue to pray for us missionaries and for our families, that the Lord will continue to protect us from all evil and that we can serve God here peacefully and calmly.
And we pray for you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA. May God abundantly bless you, your families, your churches, and your country, the USA. Greetings from my family in the name of Jesus Christ.
With love to you, your brother in Christ, Alex Paskar.
