Service in the Dovzhok Church

We greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters from the USA!

I thank the Lord for the fact that HE still gives us health and tranquility in our region of Bukovina, so that the children of God could serve God peacefully and calmly.

1. Service in the Dovzhok Church

-Since, in this small church, the pastor and his family went abroad because of the war, our ministers from our church distributed this ministry in the church of the village of Dovzhok, so as not to leave this church without services. We are glad that migrants from this village also come to this church and listen to the Word of God, and also receive help-packages with food.

2. In our church in the village of Dinivtsi, 4 immigrants also constantly come and listen to the Word. The church helps them with food.

-Also, our young families from our church have every Wednesday to study the Word of God and pray for Ukraine.

-Every Monday our brethren from the church have a prayer meeting.

-Every Friday and Saturday we have rehearsals with the choir and the youth prepare a program for Sunday worship.

3. On the first Sunday, December 4, we had the last communion in this outgoing year 2022. Prayers of repentance and a request for help to God were hot and with tears in their eyes. He also visited one sick person at home with the communion, where they brought him the joy of fellowship and the joy of participating in Holy Communion.

4. Thanksgiving:

-We are very grateful to God and to you, brothers and sisters from the USA, for your active participation in helping and supporting Ukraine.

My wife Nadia and daughter Adela heartily thank Sister Marta Hauke for the gift they received from her. May the Lord bless your family abundantly.

- We also thank you for your prayers, for we really need your prayers in these difficult hours for us.

-Thank God for the peaceful sky above us in our region. Although our electrics are turned off very often, thank God that they don’t bomb us and we are still calm.

5. Prayer needs:

-Pray with us for the end of the war.

- So that our cities in Ukraine are not bombed, because the enemy wants to leave us from electricity so that we do not have any connections with people abroad.

-So that our churches survive and that we never get tired of serving for our migrants and people who need our help.

-So that the Lord would continue to bless me with health and give me more strength to serve in His Field.

We also pray for you, brothers and sisters from the USA, that the Lord bless you, your families and your churches. We love you and pray for you.

With love, your brother in Christ, Alex Pascar.
