From August 28–30, we had the joy of organizing a camping trip together with the children and teenagers from Emanuel Baptist Church in Craiva.
It was a wonderful three days in which we combined fellowship, outdoor activities, games, and times of relaxation with Bible lessons and meaningful moments spent together around the Word of God.
Our desire was for this camping trip to be more than simply an activity for the children. We saw it as an opportunity to make a spiritual investment in the next generation. We had the opportunity to get to know them better, build relationships with them, and share biblical truths in a setting different from their usual church environment.
We are grateful for every child and teenager who participated, for everyone who helped with the organization, and, above all, for God’s protection and faithful care throughout these days.
Prayer Requests
* Please pray that God will use the Word that was shared during these days and continue working in the hearts of the children and teenagers.
* Please pray that the relationships we built during this time will help us continue walking alongside them and guiding them in their faith.
* Please pray for a generation of children and teenagers who will love God, remain connected to the church, and in turn become disciples and servants of Christ.
We thank God for these special days and for the privilege of investing in the lives of those who represent the next generation of the Church.
