PIEI ROMANIA – ANNUAL MINISTRY REPORT

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” — Mark 16:15

 Dear brothers and sisters, ministry partners, and supporters,

 Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

 As we look back on 2026, we thank God for His faithfulness, for the people He has called into ministry, and for the many opportunities He has given us to share the Gospel. We are grateful for every missionary, church, ministry team, and partner who has chosen to become involved in His work.

 PIEI Romania continues to pursue its vision of bringing the Gospel to people, supporting churches and Christian workers, and demonstrating the love of Christ through practical acts of service.

 To fulfill this vision, we focus on the following key areas:

 * Supporting our missionaries and their ministries;

* Developing the Reaching Romania project;

* Hosting and coordinating short-term mission teams;

* Providing practical assistance and charitable support;

* Developing cross-cultural missions;

* Identifying and implementing new ministry projects.

1. Our Missionaries and Their Ministries

Our missionaries are people whom God has called to preach the Gospel. They have demonstrated their commitment through lives of faithful service, Christian witness, and dedication to the spiritual and practical well-being of others.

 They are experienced national workers with a strong testimony, a wealth of ministry experience, and a genuine commitment to God and to the people among whom they serve.

 Throughout 2026, our missionaries have been involved in a wide range of activities. Their ministries have included evangelism, preaching, biblical teaching, discipleship, counseling, prayer, and practical acts of service. They have ministered both to their brothers and sisters in Christ and to people in the communities where God has placed them.

 Their main areas of ministry have included:

 * Evangelism and Preaching – sharing the Gospel and proclaiming the message of salvation through Jesus Christ;

* Discipleship and Biblical Teaching – helping believers grow spiritually and encouraging them in their walk with God;

* Christian Care and Counseling – supporting people in their spiritual, personal, and practical needs;

* Camps and Children’s Programs – creating opportunities for children and young people to hear the Gospel and grow in faith;

* Vacation Bible Schools (VBS) – providing Bible-based teaching and educational activities for children;

* Prayer and Fellowship – strengthening the spiritual lives of local communities and churches;

* Practical Care and Compassion Ministries – demonstrating the love of Christ to those in need.

 We thank the Lord for every missionary and for their faithfulness in continuing to serve Him.

2. Reaching Romania – Places Prepared for Gospel Ministry

 God has blessed us with three locations through which we can be a blessing to others. These facilities provide valuable opportunities for evangelism, spiritual growth, fellowship, and encouragement for Christian workers.

 Necrilești Vacation

Located in a beautiful natural setting, the Negrilești Holiday Center has benefited from significant investment and improvements, with the goal of making it an increasingly effective tool for reaching children, young people, and adults with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The year 2026 was more fruitful than 2025. We were able to organize three camps, as well as a retreat for eight pastor families from Odesa, Ukraine. This time of retreat provided these families with an opportunity to rest, enjoy fellowship, and receive encouragement for their ministries.

One of the major projects completed this year was the construction of a pavilion at the Holiday Center. This facility was designed to provide space for fellowship, Bible study, meals, and other group activities.

The new pavilion is a valuable resource for those participating in our programs, both from within PIEI and from other churches. We pray that this space will be used to strengthen faith, encourage Christian workers, and build lasting relationships among believers.

3. Short-Term Mission Teams

 Once again, in 2026, God gave us the joy of welcoming brothers and sisters from the United States who chose to invest their time, resources, and energy in coming to Romania to serve alongside us.

 We are grateful for their willingness to make sacrifices and for the love and commitment with which they participated in our missionary work.

 The June 2026 Team

 The first team helped with the construction of the pavilion at the Negrilești Holiday Center and participated in the camp at Valchid and the Vacation Bible School (VBS) program in Bazna.

 Through their involvement, team members contributed both to the development of facilities needed for ministry and to evangelistic activities serving children.

 The July 2026 Team

 The second team came to Romania together with our brother Cornel Ștef, President of PIEI.

 The objectives of their visit included encouraging our missionaries, providing eye examinations and glasses to people in need, sharing the Gospel, and encouraging the churches they visited.

 The team subsequently continued its ministry in Ukraine, offering similar practical assistance and spiritual encouragement to the people and communities they encountered there.

 We are especially thankful to God for the team that came to serve in our own church alongside brothers Mike and Cornel, providing eye examinations and glasses to those in need. Many people were blessed through this ministry, both practically and spiritually.

 We pray that the Lord will reward everyone involved for their labor of love and continue to bless them in their service.

 The October 2026 Team

 In October, we welcomed a third team that came to participate in ministry focused on women.

 The first meeting took place at the PIEI Christian Center in Alba Iulia. The team came with the blessing and support of Pastor Garry and Fellowship Church.

 We are grateful for this partnership and for the opportunity to develop our ministry to women, an important area of service that can strengthen the spiritual lives of individuals, families, and Christian communities.

 The Team Expected in November 2026

 By the grace of the Lord, we are expecting another team in November. Its members will help with renovation work at the PIEI Center in Podari.

 We pray that this visit will be fruitful and that the work completed will help prepare the center for future ministry and community outreach activities.

4. Helping Those in Need

The Lord Jesus taught us that people in need would always be among us and that our love for Him should be reflected in the way we care for others.

Recognizing that whenever we serve those in need, we are also serving Christ, PIEI Romania continues to be involved in practical assistance and charitable work.

We desire to stand alongside people facing material hardship and personal difficulties, offering practical support while also sharing the hope found in the Gospel.

We believe that an authentic Christian witness brings together the proclamation of God’s Word and tangible expressions of love, compassion, and generosity.

We thank the Lord for everyone who participates in these ministries and for the resources He provides, enabling us to respond to the needs we encounter.

5. Cross-Cultural Missions & Ministry

 We believe that the Gospel must reach the ends of the earth and that the message of salvation must be shared with all people, regardless of their nationality, language, or cultural background.

 With this conviction, PIEI Romania desires to develop its missionary involvement at the local, national, and international levels.

 We have already begun taking steps in this direction by becoming involved in ministry among Roma communities in Romania and by exploring opportunities to distribute Christian literature in other languages to different nations and ethnic groups.

 We view these initiatives as the beginning of a broader commitment to cross-cultural missions. We pray that God will give us wisdom, dedicated workers, and new opportunities to expand this ministry.

6. Future Projects and Ministry Development

As we look to the future, we desire to continue serving faithfully and to identify new ways of responding to the spiritual and practical needs of the communities in which we minister.

 We are praying and planning for the following areas of development.

 Expanding Our Missionary Work

 Our priorities include:

 * Identifying and supporting new missionaries who can serve in new mission fields;

* Increasing our involvement in ministry to children and young people;

* Developing programs specifically for women and families;

* Expanding our involvement in cross-cultural missions;

* Supporting after-school programs that provide educational assistance and a positive environment for children’s development.

 Developing the Reaching Romania Project

 We desire to continue improving the facilities needed for missionary activities and camps. Our plans include:

* Building an additional cabin;

* Developing a sports field;

* Purchasing and installing an LPG gas tank to provide the necessary fuel for the facilities.

 These projects aim to improve our capacity to accommodate guests and organize camps, fellowship gatherings, and spiritual training activities.

PIEI Christian Center – Alba Iulia

To improve the facilities and provide better conditions for our ministry activities, we plan to:

 * Install three gas-fired water heating boilers;

* Renovate and repaint the interior spaces;

* Replace furniture where necessary.

 Through these improvements, we hope to provide a more suitable environment for meetings, training, fellowship, and other Christian activities.

PIEI Center – Podari

 Another important objective is the renovation of the PIEI Center in Podari. The project includes:

 * Renovating four rooms;

* Renovating the kitchen;

* Renovating the bathrooms;

* Preparing the necessary facilities for opening a medical office specializing in pulmonology.

 Our desire is for this center to become a place where people can receive practical assistance while also experiencing an authentic Christian witness.

 Completing these projects will require financial resources, dedicated people, and continued cooperation. We therefore invite you to remember us in your prayers and to remain alongside us as we continue this work.

7. Words of Gratitude and a Call to Prayer

 As we conclude this report, we want to thank God for His faithfulness and for every opportunity He has given us to serve throughout 2026.

 We are deeply grateful to all of you who have prayed for us, encouraged us, supported us financially, or traveled to Romania to serve alongside us. Every contribution, regardless of its form, is valuable and helps us continue sharing the Gospel.

We ask you to continue praying for:

 * Our missionaries and their families;

* The churches and communities in which we serve;

* Our mission teams and international partnerships;

* The development of our cross-cultural mission work;

* The resources needed to carry out our future projects;

* God’s wisdom and guidance in every decision we make.

 We are also praying for you, your families, your churches, and the ministries in which you are involved. Our desire is to continue working together for the glory of God and the good of the people He has placed in our path.

 May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all, now and always!

 With Christian love and gratitude,

 Timotei Stânea
