Summer ministry in Romania

Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord Jesus,

 I had the joy of being visited by brother Cornel Ștef and a group of three sisters from America in the village of Sohodol. We visited several families—both believers and non-believers—and the fellowship through songs and personal testimonies was truly special.

 On Sunday, brother Cornel and sister Rozi attended the church gathering in Ponorel, and once again we were encouraged by their words, filled with power and the Holy Spirit.

 After these meetings, we took five children from Ponorel to the first camp organized by PIEI in Necrilești, set in a wonderfully beautiful landscape (for a week). The theme of the camp was: “Be strong and courageous like Joshua.”

 During the days spent at the camp, the children learned Bible verses and captivating stories, made many crafts, and enjoyed exciting team games.

A particularly blessed time was the daily worship through singing (the children learned some new, very engaging songs with motions).

 It was a beautiful experience for everyone present, and one that will remain a special memory. Among the children, some gave their lives to Jesus for the first time—this is a great blessing for this camp.

 Please support in prayer:

            •           For Mrs. Iulica and Mrs. Viorica (from Ponorel—non-believers) who came to church when brother Cornel Ștef was with us;

            •           For all the children who attended the camp in Necrilești organized by PIEI, especially for those who gave their lives to the Lord;

            •           For Mr. Dan from Sohodol, who knows much of the Gospel but is still unable to take the step of repentance.

 Please receive all our love and daily prayers for you. It is our heartfelt desire that our wonderful God will overwhelm you with blessings.

 In His service,

Florin & Magda Botar - PIEI Romania Missionaries
