Youth Ministry

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our evangelistic partners here in Ukraine, we greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are very grateful to God for hearing all the prayers of our fellow missionaries from the PIEI mission, and this difficult operation for spinal stenosis was successfully completed. Glory to God! I am grateful to God that I was able to stay online before the surgery on November 1st and see the faces of our brothers and sisters, our evangelistic partners from the PIEI mission, a very blessed mission that serves in every corner of the earth, our globe. Glory to God.

As I wrote in my previous report and as I said at our anniversary online meeting, I was admitted to the hospital on November 4th for urgent spinal stenosis surgery. Before the surgery, I testified about Christ and asked the doctors to give me the opportunity to pray for them and for the upcoming surgery. There were doctors and medical students there, and they were surprised that I was praying for the upcoming surgery, for the doctors, and for the Lord to give me the strength to endure it. They were all surprised. I don't remember anything after that, because they put an anesthetic mask on me and I woke up in my room. Larisa, my wife, was caring for me in the hospital. The doctor, Alexander Karlichuk, came every day and said to us, "Good morning, may the peace of God be with you. Glory to God for the power of the Word of God." We understood from his conversation that he was reading the Word of God and that we were praying for him. The doctor told us that he felt someone was praying for him the entire time he was performing the surgery. When we thanked him, the doctor said, "Glory to the Almighty! And we praise our Lord for His wondrous and marvelous works, Amen!" 2. Sisters' Ministry

- My wife, Larisa, wrote to every church in the Novoseletsky district and sent invitations to the sisters to attend the regional conference in Chernivtsi at the Dom Mira Church on November 8th. The conference theme was "Pass the Faith on in the Fall." It was a very blessed conference attended by about 600 sisters from across the region. They prayed for peace in Ukraine and for the volunteer ministry. Our sisters were greatly encouraged by God's Word, glory be to God.

3. Youth Ministry

- Immediately after the surgery, when we returned home, we wrote and sent invitations to all the churches in the Novoseletsky district to attend the conference in Marshentsy on Saturday, November 15th. The theme of this conference was "I Believe in God and I Believe in God." We pray that this conference will also be blessed. 4. Funeral

- Our brother in Christ, Dima, our neighbor, has passed into eternity. He was disabled, and we often helped him. I couldn't attend the funeral, but my wife, Larisa, went and sent her condolences to the family. He had been in a wheelchair for over 30 years, and the Lord freed him from this disability. We believe he is already rejoicing with the Lord in heaven.

5. Thanksgiving:

- We are grateful to God and you for your prayers, as well as for your prayers when you prayed for me at the anniversary meeting on November 1st. We are grateful to God for hearing our prayers and yours, glory be to God.

- I am grateful to God that we are still peaceful now, without missile strikes.

- We are grateful to God for you because you support our ministry here in Ukraine. 6. Prayer requests:

- Pray with us for the war in Ukraine to end.

- Pray with us for the medical personnel who heard God's Word and saw how He answers our prayers. May the Lord touch their hearts to repentance.

- That the Lord will restore me so that I can serve Him here on earth, if it be His will.

- For my wife, Larisa, that the Lord will grant her health.

We believe in the power of prayer. We believe that God will not abandon us.

And we pray for you, dear brothers and sisters, that the Lord will bless you abundantly. Please accept heartfelt greetings from our family. We love you and pray for you.

With love to you, the PETIKHACHNYY PAVEL & LARISA family.
