The door to the heaven

Peace to you brothers and sisters of the mission PIEI and Stef family from a missionary from Ukraine. God bless you!

We pray that God opens people`s hearts to listen to the Word of God.

I was invited to the school to put there a new door together with the parent's community.

In this picture is a classroom teacher Mosei Roman. He is a geography teacher. One another man Zenoviy Preutesa he is a carpenter. And Eddy Korbu is a member of the parent's community. It took about two hours to put on a new door. Zenoviy asked why Ukraine is so rich but people suffer and go abroad for a job? I prayed that God gives the answer and build the conversation with all of them. I told them: guys, everything is under God`s control. If people read the Bible, pray to the Lord, seek Him, and reconcile with Him, He would change all circumstances in the world. Think for a while, if all people on the earth were true believers the prisons would be empty, no courts, no police and borders would be open, no nursing houses, no orphanages, no ills, no hospitals, no divorces, no burglaries, no thieves, but only peace and calm in Jesus Christ. Every one of us would be brothers and sisters and Christ is our elder brother. So God calls us to reconcile with Him. Neither icons, nor children baptism, nor cross sign doesn't help if we don't call Christ in our life. I pray for you all may God give you His peace to your hearts as He had made for me before. Read the Bible, pray, and come to the church, because the coming of Christ is soon.

In the second picture, I drove one man Gregory Petrenko. I turned on the radio tape recorder with the Esperansa group that sang about the second advent of Christ. He realized that this song is about God and asked me are you a believer? I responded Yes, I am. These songs are soulful, calm my soul and reach out to heaven. Gregory, do you have the Bible? Do you read it? Ask me if have don`t understand something in it. If you scary or shame to go to the church alone I will go together with you. Such a short dialog with him can change his life completely.

For a year of this pandemic, I talk with a hundred people per day through online messengers. I send them verses from Bible and psalms. They reply me thank you for your spiritual support and you direct us to God.

- Pray for the teacher of geography Mosei Roman, Zinoviy, Eddy, Yuriy

- Pray for all my friends that are open to listening to God through the messengers.

The Gospel on the streets

Peace and grace to all brothers of the mission PIEI, to Stef's family, and to all who support us in our ministry.

Even in that pandemic, with God`s help, I found people who want to know God. In this picture is Ivan Fedorenko. We are close to his house. We met there and started to talk. He is 68 years old. We are familiar for a long time and he said to me: It is so scary what is going on in the world. I explained to him that God loves people but they don`t love him. Everything is going in the world is in His control. People don`t pray, don`t want to know Him, and they are sunk in their sin. I talked with him for about an hour. I told him about grace and the court of God. Ye asked me why there are so many confessions, why do we not bow before icons, and why do we not wear a cross sign on our neck? I answered him with many verses from Bible. In the end, I prayed for him and his family. I invited him to the church and encouraged him to pray and to read the Bible.

In the second picture, I am in the family Zara in the Vanchekauts village. Her name is Maria and she is 72 and her son Nick is 40. But he rejected to make the picture with us. Nick told me that he has big trouble because his wife wants to divorce. What have I to do? I had read the Bible "Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate." (Mk.10:9) When we pray to Him and trust Him with our soul He resolves all our problems. Maria had attended the church before and she has three sons. "Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near." Maria told me that she often prays and does not know to which church she needs to go. I replied to her "Just say to Jesus come to my heart and then you will realize and choose God`s path". We had a long spiritual conversation and then we prayed to God.

In the third picture, I am at the gas station and I talked with the assistant Yuriy Muntian when he had time. I asked him does he have the Bible and read it? Does he know that God loves him and wants to reconcile with you? I told him that I was young like him as well and I lived just for myself and then I realized that God loves me. Then he asked me why people so hate each other. I told him that without God we can not resolve any issues. Trust to God and pray to Him. Then I invited him to the church.

We have the parse of the Bible and the Psalms.

Please pray for Ivan Fedorenko, for Zara`s family, for Hick and Yuriy may God lead them to the true way.

Pray for my diseases may God bless my body.

He overcame war and starvation

Peace to you brothers and sisters who are participates in a prayer for our misionaries, who support us with fanance and medicine. We send you a big Christian greeting from out churches in Vovchanets and Vanchakauts villages.

In this picture is Monzatu family, Alexanru who is 95 years old and his daughter Larisa who is 58. I came to them for attendance. This is family that accept and open to the Word of God. There are not so many famlies who is so interested issues of salvation and God.

Alex overcome a war, when he was in the trenches and he prayed God and pleaded Him to save his life because a lot of soldates died close to him. He told about starving in 1947-48 years in the Bukovina. I read them prophet Isaia "Seek Lord when you can find Him". The day comes when call of God will stop and the grace will take back. There is written in Amos: Word of God would take back from the earth and people would looking for it but it woul be late already. I ask them to reconcile with God, repentant and beilive in God. Seek the Kingdom of God and everything shall be added unto you. We talked about an hour, I asked them many questions, I told them about God`s love, His Kingdom, and about true path. They sing together with me some songs. I prayed with them and invited them to the church.

We have the research of the Bible with our church.

Please pray for this Monzatu family about their salvation.

Pray that God takes away fear of the virus in our brothers and sisters and they could come to the church.

I wish you a health to all of you brothers from USA. Let God give to all of us courages and power of Holly Spirit to spread the Gospel. Thank you for everything to Stef and Golston families fpr your support of my ministry.

Meetings with the businessman`s families

To my dear brothers in Christ, to the mission PIE and Stef family, peace and grace to all of you!

In this month we were invited to the house of one businessman Alex and his wife Stella. I came to them with my granddaughters to tell them about Christ and His birth because across the road there live Egova's Witness family. They celebrate neither Christmas nor Easter. So we chanted carols as loud as we could in their front yard. Then they invited us to their house. We sang some chants and they asked many questions. Alex has a building company, he lived with Stella for 40 years already, they have twin sons for 13 years old. They went to the Boian camp a couple of years ago. They have a daughter of 16 years and once she visited our camp in Boian too. So, they know about God, I need to talk more with them about Him.

In the other picture, there is the Bezushko family. Vladimir is a businessman, he cooperates with Portugal, his wife Silvia is a teacher of the primary school. They invited us because they do like it when we tell the poems and carols. We talked with them about God, an eternity, love, and the court of God. We invited them to the church and then prayed with them for their family.

God blessed us in this month, despite the pandemic we went from home to home and preach the Gospel with my granddaughters Julia and Valery.

We continue to commit the researching the Bible with our church. We read together, pray and I answer questions.

Prayer needs:

• Please, pray for these families, may God open their spiritual eyes to the spiritual world.

• Pray for our villages Vovchanets and Vanchakauts may God come to the people's hearts.

Carols for the teacher

To my dear brothers in Christ, to the mission PIE and Stef family, peace and grace to all of you!

We wish a happy 2021, a belief and trust in God, health, patience, success on the mission field. May a lot of people birth from heaven, may more children and youth fill the churches.

Due to the quarantine, we could not go from house to house and chant the carols as we did before. President had given an order to not gather crowds on the holidays. Every year I carol with my granddaughters for teachers, businessmen, doctors, and heads. This year we were invited to the house of teachers. In this picture are me, my granddaughters Valery and Julia, and their teacher Paladiy Stella and her husband Valery. We sat at the table and talked with them about the winter holidays what is to celebrate and what is not. I am their regular guest, we read the Bible and I tell them how God loved me, how I meet Him, and how I converted. Now I am so happy to tell them about Him, about salvation and the Love. I never had sorry that I met God in my youth.

I sang the songs together with them, I pray for them asking God to open their hearts. They came to a couple of times to the evangelizations and baptisms.

We have the Bible research of the Psalm book in the church. All members of the church are involved in this meeting, they ask questions and I answer to them.

Prayer needs:

1. For Paladiy family may these teachers come to God.

2. For all families we visited with carols may God knocks to their hearts.

Let Jesus will birth in their hearts

Peace to you brothers and sisters who pray for our missionaries, our ministry, and spiritual and financial support for extending the Good News in Ukraine. Greetings to the mission PIEI and Stef family, thank you for your deposit in our ministry.

At the beginning of 2021 days are short and people stay at home and they afraid to talk with others due to the virus. Thanks, Lord that I could go on streets and homes and found people who want to learn out about God. This is Voronin's family grandma Valia and grandson Dmitriy, they know that I am a missionary, I asked them how was their 2020? And how they are in general? Did you thank God for everything that He had given to you in 2020? And then I asked do they know what does mean Christmas and who was born on this day? Then I explained to them in their yard who is God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, and why he calls us to repentance. Why he was born in the barn and manger, why he died on the cross giving his life for us sinners. After this conversation, the questions were started. As a consequence of the pandemic people afraid to go to the orthodox church because they don't want to get infected with the virus. But when you go from home to home you can find open people who thirsty for the Word of God. Valia and Dima asked me: If God is love so why He permit the virus, disease, wars, dies, earthquakes, thunderstorms, hurricanes, droughts? Why God permits so many injustices when people steal, kill and become millionaires but others are poor, don't have money to pay the bills? How does God look at this? I replied that is very good when they ask the questions because it means that they want to know more about God. I explained to them that what you sow you will reap. People don`t have fear of God and the beginning of wisdom is a fear of God. People don't want to meet God and to know personally who he is in reality. Read the Bible and you will find out why we suffer and die. The Bible is the compass that shows the way to heaven. Once I did so and I found God and now I am happy with Him. Come to the church, don`t afraid of the virus, God loves us and protects us.

Please, pray for this family, they are close to God. Bear them to God in your prayers.

Pray that I can go to different homes and sing with my two granddaughters Julia and Valery.

Showing the path to God

This letter is about the mission work on the Bukovina region due to the sharing Gospel with the support of the mission PIEI and Stef family. We are very thankful to all brothers that participate in the mission that pray for us. I send a Christian and sincere greeting to you from the Vovchanets and Vanchakauts churches.

We pray to God this winter that the people of our region fear God more than the virus covid-19 and they come to our church.

Every week we study the Bible and help people to understand God`s will, So they can explain many issues to their unbeliever relatives at home.

This month I had an opportunity to talk with the seller of the store who didn`t understand what is hell and paradise, sin and repentance, punishment and revival from heaven?

In this picture is Vera Kolorash she is a seller, I met her when I bought hygiene products. I talk with her often and she attended some services with her husband Vasiliy 48 years old. They have two daughters who like to listen to the Word of God. I always pray for their needs and problems. Vera is shy but she knows how to ask questions. I explained to them before what is baptism by faith and why we don`t kiss icons and don`t bear crosses on the neck. They are close to the kingdom of God. Their friends laugh at them that they want to become Christians. I told them that I experienced this too but regardless I seeked the Lord and believed Him.

Prayer needs:

1. Pray for this family Vasiliy and Vera and for their daughters may they find Jesus Christ.

2. Pray for our citizens they stop afraid of the pandemic and start to afraid of God and come to the church.

3. Pray for those who attended our congregation before and then stoped.

The priest needs the Lord

I want to share with you some notes of my missionary work in the Bukovina region. How I share Good News for people of our land with the support of our brothers of the mission PIEI and Stef family. It would be so hard to work without your spiritual and financial support. We as missionaries are very grateful to mission PIEI for everything you are doing for us. God bless you always and everywhere.

We continue to study the book of Proverbs with our church. We use Christmas and New Year holidays to share the Gospel and we explain to people what do they mean.

In this picture, I am with the priest Muntian Alexey he works in the church for eight years. Every time I meet him we talk about life and biblical subjects. I talked to him that we will report before God for every bad word and deed on the last court day.

I ask him to not offense on me that I don't call him father Alexey like other people do. In Mathew is written that we mustn`t call father anybody except God. I reminded him that 15 years ago he visited our camp in the Boyan village. And at the last night, the Gospel was preaching and then a preacher called to accept Jesus Christ and you repented there. And then you entered in Kishinev seminary to become a priest. I told him that the Bible prohibits kissing icons and bow before them. What message do you bear to people? Where do you lead them? What do you read? Who is your real God? Answer to yourself, because we will report to God for the doctrine we teach others. I told him that I visited his orthodox church several times and you come to us too, don`t afraid of anybody except God.

Prayer needs:

Please pray for this priest Alexey he is 38, he is young, he tasted how good is our God, he repented, but then they directed him to another way, opposite of God. Pray may God lead him to the true path.

Pray for our Vonchacauts church may God increase the number of the members.

Three women and three different fates

Receive heartful greetings from our family and our churches.

Our church in Vovchanets is not big so we can meet at home and study the Bible. We read and discuss Neemi's book. Despite that a pandemic scares people I as a missionary don`t forget my goal and mission therefore the Word of God has to get to the people's hearts.

I meet a lot of inhabitants of the village and once I met three women Mariia, Anna and Valia. They all are more than 70 years. I met them often on the streets and on government holliadays. I asked them about their health, family and asked do they what to listen to some songs and histories about Christ, His love and mercy. After the songs they asked me why do I don`t wear a cross on my breast, why do I don`t make a sign of the cross on my body? I told them Gospel, about the life of Christians and truly meaning of the cross and how to wear it. The Bible doesn't ever say about the sign of the cross, so this tradition is from people but not from God. The Bible doesn't instruct us to baptize newborn babies. Then I encouraged them to read the Bible and learn the truth about the topics. Who did not have the Bible at home I granted them.

These three women attended evangelizations we held such as baptism, Chrismas, burial, etc. We always invite them to come to the church for our communication. So we pray about them and wait for their coming. I prepared firewoods for winter for them several years ago. I sang and prayed at their houses. Please, brothers and sisters, pray about Mariia, Anna and Valia may God open their hearts, may they repentant and become the children of God.

Pray that people who fear a pandemic starts to fear God.

Gospel to the chairman of the village council

Greetings to all of you of the mission PIE in the USA from me and our churches in the Vanchakauts and Vovchanets villages.

I visit the council of the village, to the chairman of the village council and others officials. I give them calendars, literature, and tell them about God. I have a good relationship with the chairman of the village council Igor Kokhov, we got to know each other more and I told him about God`s love, how did He create the universe. Then he replied to me that he is not an atheist though he is chief and he talks with me because he wants to know more about the future, what would be after death? what would happen to the people of the world? He reads the Bible and learned about the court of God. Therefore, he started to think about this very seriously. He realizes that he needs to reconcile with God and serve Him all his life. He knows that he will get a new job, new friends, and a new mind. But he can't leave his old life. And then I told him that once I was exactly like him, without hope, without faith and without future. And when I knew God and repented, I got a lot of friends in Christ, everywhere are brothers and sisters and now I have the meaning of my life. And now I don`t shy to tell people about God even to you too. Moses wrote that every person has a choice, therefore he can choose life or death, goodness or evil. I will pray about you and your family may God direct you to the path of the Truth.

Prayer requests:

• Please pray about Kokhan family, Igor, Aliona, son Hrihoriy and daughter Valia. May they find Jesus Christ in their lives.

• Pray that God awake my close family, our villages and our region.
