At His Disposal

By God’s grace, I have reached this month, and I say this every day, giving Glory to the Lord, for it is a miracle that I have surpassed 8 years since the transplant. God, who is Sovereign, determines how long each should stay on earth.

Also, I know from the Word that everyone must appear before the Judgment Throne of Christ to receive their reward according to their faithfulness. In this regard, I work and strive so that, depending on the Lord Jesus, I may be at His disposal. I would like to share a few words and at the same time briefly recount a memory that brother Timotei stirred in me by asking a question about preparing workers for church planting. I would like to point out that each planted church is unique. Many years ago, the brothers Stef came to my area and evangelized in many villages, but they left, leaving me with a great field of work. Evangelical churches sprouted, but the hardest work was just beginning. In each locality, I prepared people among them who have the work of God on their hearts. I always entrusted them with responsibility and sought for them to have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus. At present, every Thursday from 5-6 PM, we have a Discipleship School at the Church in Oiesti. We prepare them for the already established churches; we have 4 villages, and we are at step 5, 'The Christian And The Bible. I mentioned that I received these courses from brother Timotei. I would also like to share a great joy, a young family who returned about one year ago but who had two children, and one on the way. They did not have a civil marriage at the City Hall, and this month they formalized their marriage and also held a Love Feast at the Missionary Building in the City, with about 50 guests in attendance. It was a great joy that we were witnesses to this event.

The program at the Orphanage is progressing, and here we prepare girls to serve inside. Although there is much more to say, I stop here, but not before saying that each evening you are in my prayers, and I bring you before the Throne of Grace. I conclude with a verse that has greatly comforted me: "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. 2 Corinthians 5:10."
