I Survived Covid-19!

Before I say anything about the mission I have from God the Father I would like to talk about the trial I endured this month and at the same time to thank everyone who prayed for me. I in turn pray for the Lord Jesus to reward you as he finds his way.

Towards the end of September and the beginning of October I was tested positive with Covid-19. Since I have many other health problems, including Liver Transplant with Immunity 0, Insulin Dependent Diabetes, Stroke and others pre-existing conditions 2 hospitals to refused to hospitalize me until through God's grace I was received in Cimpulung at a large hospital to see what treatment to give me. The Lord Jesus worked for my body to respond well to treatment. After 14 days I left the hospital NEGATIVE! How can I not thank GOD for all the care he has given me? Now I see how he works indirectly as well. I did good to my wife who by my hospitalization was isolated so she was protected.

Thank you so to all of you who brought me before the Throne of Grace. After a week of treatment at home, I feel good and I started the mission by gathering both in the villages and in the city, but respecting the rules imposed by the authorities. I would also like to say that I spent my birthday on October 6 at the hospital and I had the opportunity to share the LORD JESUS CHRIST with both my roommates and medical staff . What we certainly look forward to seeing you in heaven I would also like to say that the telephone is a wonderful earthly means of fulfilling the Word of God to "REST IN BROTHERLY CONNECTION."

I have always kept in touch during this time of pandemic with the girls from the Orphanage with the villages of Rudari with many brothers and sisters, etc. Where the doors are opened by God to enter and not be seized by the spirit of fear we have many promises such as I AM WITH YOU and APART FROM ME YOU CAN DO NOTHING. Let's make the Lord Jesus real in any circumstance in our lives.

In conclusion I would like with all my heart to thank GOD, and all those who have been more or less involved both Spiritually through Prayer and Financial and I pray every day that God will reward them and their families with health. I would mention the PIEI committee from the United States that keeps in touch with our wonderful sponsors, the family of ED and Daiana, the sister Marioara Barac, the family of Matei Sceau and the sister Naomi. and so on I would end with a word from the Bible:

Philippians 4:6- Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Praise God for the Prayers of Others

This month of September, when it is also the first month of the Autumn season and due to the fact that my wife and I are going through suffering, I did not intend to make a long update but a short one. Today as I write this information my heart is filled with joy, namely that 3 villages of relatives when they learned of our suffering entered the day of fasting and prayer. We seem to already feel relief- how good it is when others are praying for you! I recently talked to sister Marioara Barac and sister Gabi Stef and when you see that there are sisters and brothers who care about you, you feel differently.

For a week I had to stay at home in bed to be treated a little bit but instead of giving me phone calls I have I received a phone call every day from the children from the Orphanage and from the faithful from the villages of relatives. I prayed that the Lord Jesus would reward them as he finds his way.

In the village of Valea Dumiresti I gave food this month as well. it is a great joy that is hard to describe but Christ sees the need and this is enough. In the village of Rotunda I had clothes and I am still waiting for more packages, but I am glad that I know where to give them.

Children from the Orphanage are not yet allowed to participate in programs but we hear each other on the phone and still 4-5 girls manage to come to the church program on Sunday morning. I'm glad that most of all that the Orphanage is organized in the bedrooms and they do Bible studies, prayer, and songs.

I am coming to an end, but not before thanking God the Father who gave me such brothers and sisters who care about you even though I do not know everyone who prays for me and my mission. I pray that the Lord Jesus may reward them all with health for the whole family, for the businesses that have them, etc. I would like to mention the USA committee, which connects us missionaries and sponsors, to ED family and DAIANA, sister Maroaora Barac, fr. Matei Scheau, and sister Naomi etc.

I will end with a verse that did me a great favor.

Psalm 37:5 TRUST YOUR FATE IN THE HAND OF THE LORD. TRUST HIM AND HE WILL WORK.

The Coming of the Lord is Near

By the Grace of God I survived August. I want to share with you that I was overwhelmed by certain fears and worries, because too many bad events have happened around the world lately. I have come to the conclusion that the COMING OF THE LORD JESUS IS NEAR. And before I say anything, I would like to say what word I received from God the Father to refresh my heart;

PHILIPPIANS 4-6 DON'T WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING; BUT IN ANYTHING YOU BRING YOUR REQUESTS TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, THROUGH PRAYERS AND REQUESTS WITH THANKS.

And there came upon me a peace that as the word says surpasses what you can imagine. I would like to say that I write these lines on a special day; when more brothers and sisters stand before the Lord.

The work to which the Lord Jesus called me is to bring the good news to as many souls as possible. My prayer to God the Father is to see in Heaven as many souls saved by the Grace of God through the new birth that the Spirit of God is working on. What I strive for is to live a life set aside and to make the Lord Jesus real in my life, to live under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, being attentive to the Word and Prayer. Because of this I want to go on a mission both to the villages of relatives and wherever else I am called.

I know that I have a spiritual gift to work in the field of the gospel, but I am always aware that I could not work without heavenly help. We pray unceasingly for all who are involved that at the Coming of Jesus they will be rewarded as He will find their way.

The children from the Orphanage are not allowed to leave the Orphanage at the moment, but even here they are organized in groups and hold Assemblies in the bedrooms, singing and praying. In all ages God has taken care of His children and found open doors for the word. Through the Grace of God I still go the villages of Rotunda and Valea Dumiresti, and more recently I have prepared a family that crosses the hill to another village Valea Uiasca and proclaims the word of God. This blessed family is called Maruntelul Cristi and Rodica. Every night before bed I have a prayer list and I mention in prayer before the Throne of Grace the family ED and DAIANA, their business, the family of Sister Marioara Barac, Matei Scheau sister Naomi, etc.

I would end with a verse that gives me comfort today:

PROVERBS 3-5-6 TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART RECOGNIZE HIM IN ALL YOUR WAYS AND HE WILL Smooth YOUR PATHS.

Cast Your Cares on Him

I have come to consider it a great grace that every month I can write this information, being aware of having a liver transplant I take immuno-suppressants daily.

I have many reasons to be thankful this month. I had to go to Fundeni hospital for tests and for the medical letter to get the prescription of drugs I have to take all my life. Liver tests came out very good even if now I I face a disease [shingles] However, I know that the Lord Jesus is in control of the mission I can't give up. When I know I'm expected and I know what love I'm surrounded by, I can't stay home.

20200715_195323.jpg

Every week I go to three villages, namely Rotunda, Valea Dumiresti, and Tigveni from where orphanage children come. Every Sunday afternoon I go to the city to the free evangelical church for the program we have. Everywhere I go I suggested one thing to people: “What did I bring to the Lord during this year?”

Wherever I go with the Gospel I cannot be insensitive to needs, whether medicine, food or a good word. I try to do all under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. With the girls from the orphanage I talk almost daily and when necessary by phone. I would not like to say this in order to bring praise to myself. I have always considered myself an unworthy slave who tries to do the right thing, namely to bring as many souls as possible to the Lord Jesus Christ so that I do not go empty-handed in this regard.

I would like to make a supplication, that all my partners who help me either through prayer or financial support to win souls be rewarded on the day of reward. I would like to mention the PIE Committee in the United States that connects us and the sponsors we have. We also pray for the family of Ed and Didi to be blessed with health, both her and the business that has supported me for a long time, Sister Marioara Barac, the family of Scheau Matei and sister Naomi, etc.

I would end with a verse that has done me much good:

1 Peter 5:7 “AND THROW ON HIM ALL YOUR CARE BECAUSE HE HIMSELF TAKES CARE OF YOU.”

UNPRECEDENTED TIMES

PIEI Covers(4).png

Only by the Grace of God can I write to you this month. I believe everyone recognizes that we live in unprecedented times. Christian churches around the world are closed, and I mean buildings not people.

As I write this I don't have to stay at home because of the restrictions. The situation in Romania is better and we can move freely in the villages, and we can make church programs outdoors. This is a beginning, and we can be thankful that God is our Father, and that He is in control in of all things.

I would like to briefly report some of my activities this month. Despite the restrictions I tried to keep in touch by phone with the mission points. One of the joys that God has given me is the girls at the Tigveni Orphanage continued inside the orphanage to meet for prayer, songs and God’s Word. When the weather was right, they organized outdoor church programs. Isn't that an occasion for joy?

In the Roma villages it’s a bit harder now because people could not go to work, almost everything was closed. We tried to help the 20 families who come to church. I don't know what will happen next. It’s difficult for them, but we look to their daily needs and try to help them.

For now, if the law allows, we will try to organize church programs outside. Sunday at Cartea de Arges was the first day we gathered outside and it was great grace. We were all happy renewing our fellowship; we gathered in the morning and in the evening.

Again I tell you that every day you are in my prayers, the PIEI Committee in Romania and the USA, for the Ed and Diana family, sister Marioara Barac, Matei Scheau and sister Naomi, etc.

Please pray for us that God will open new doors for the Word, and for all that is necessary and is according to His Will.

CHRIST IS RISEN!

PIEI Covers(2).png

I begin with the traditional greeting: CHRIST IS RISEN!

Regarding the situation we are going through as the CHURCH all over the globe, I only say: THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IS IN CONTROL. Nothing happens to us except what He allows.

Reflecting on a few things that I have lived through and live in today, at first I would think I could do nothing; but after I prayed the LORD JESUS opened doors and unexpected opportunities opened for me. To be more explicit, because I am 70 years old I am only allowed to be out of my house for two hours a day. However, it turned out that these are enough in the hand of GOD. We have learned to give our little to Him even if it is only two hours. When I am at home, I pray. I talk a lot on the phone with many Christians, and we encourage each other.

After many talks on the phone with Christians in the villages and the girls from the orphanage, I became aware of their needs and by the grace of God I prepared for the villages of Rotunda and Valea Dumiresti forty bags of food and some sweets. I distributed them on two separate days. In the village of Rotunda I used the house of a Christian, and in the village of Valea Dumiresti I used the church for distribution. It's hard to describe the atmosphere, their joy in seeing me, and their tears.

Also, God has put in the hearts of the girls at the orphanage to meet every night to sing and pray. I want to assure you that you are in their prayers.

I’m praying for you, for the PIEI Committee in Romania and the USA, for the Ed and Diana family, sister Marioara Barac, Matei Scheau and sister Naomi, etc.

With special love in Jesus Christ,
Traian Chilau - PIEI missionary

TIME TO PRAY!

PIEI Covers(7).png

By the grace of God I want to share with you a few words in these difficult times. This month I can write as the churches weren’t closed until a few days ago by a state of emergency given throughout the country. This month and I believe that the next one we may do short visits to a few people, but we have a promise in the Word of God that where there are two or three are gathered in His name, He is present.

In the Roma villages where I do ministry, I shared an encouragement from the Word of the Lord. Because they are very poor and they have no food, medicines, and clothing. I bought what I could to give them what they need. I know that if you care about the physical needs of people, they open up to their spiritual need as well.

Please pray for one person from the Rotunda village, Nicolae Maruntelu. His life depends on an air machine. If he doesn’t use it non-stop, he will die suffocated. He cannot come to the church. I want to visit him more often at home and to give him medication.

This month we had a program with the girls from orphanage. In April the orphanage will be closed. We can't meet physically, but we will keep in touch by phone.

I would like to say that now we have the opportunity more than ever to enter our prayer room and pray! On my prayer list I would remember the Romania and US PIE Committee, Ed and Diana family, Matei Scheau and Sister Naomi, Sister Marioara Barac with her large and beautiful family. We pray for you in these difficult times. God bless you!

OBJECTIVES FOR HIS GLORY

OBJECTIVES FOR HIS GLORY.png

As I make this update about the current month, it’s difficult for me to summarize all my missionary activity.

I know that many of you pray for my health. At this time the liver transplant is doing very well. This year will be five years since the operation. I cannot find words to thank God for the mercy I received.

I would like to share with you that I had the joy to be part of a wedding. A boy from our church married a girl from Moldova (a family of 17 brothers and sisters, all faithful, she being the youngest).

Another work going beyond expectations is the work with children at the orphanage. Our plan is to have a team of workers to handle the mission within the orphanage. The proposed objective is that when the Lord Jesus returns, the whole orphanage will remain empty. I do not know what Christians as a whole believe, but these girls believe wholeheartedly that the return of the Lord Jesus will be soon. Even if they are not highly educated, I personally think they will shine in heaven.

Another joy I have is going to the Roma villages with my wife. I do not know why God has put in my heart to go these places, but I am attracted to these people. I have received invitations to go to bigger churches with several hundred people, but I prefer these villages with a small group of people in churches.

Another goal I have, and this seems hard, is to make new disciples for God. I pray that I receive grace in this regard because already church planting and discipling new workers is important and necessary. Pray with me to find people available to God.

In the end I would like to tell you that you are all in my prayers: the PIEI committee in Romania and USA. I cannot forget the ED and DIANA family, which I thank for all their help, sister Marioara Barac, Matei Scheau family, sister Naomi, etc.

THE GOD WHO GIVES, HEALS AND FORGIVES

THE GOD WHO GIVES, HEALS AND FORGIVES.png

By the grace of God we have started a new year, and we do not know if we will finish it. I say this because the return of Jesus is near.

I would like to start with my health, because I know that I‘m in the prayers of many of you. This month I was scheduled at Fundeni Hospital, to evaluate the liver transplant. The analysis came out unexpectedly well. I give praise to the Lord Jesus!

In the Roma villages, after distributing Christmas presents in December (a great opportunity to pour a bit of joy into the hearts of many children and adults), this month God put on my heart to give food bags to poor families. These are staple foods like oil, flour, sugar, rice, tomato pasta, marmalade, etc. In the village of Rotunda we had the opportunity to enter peoples’ homes and see how these people live. They were impressed that we prayed in their home for their specific needs. I believe that God has taught us to proclaim the gospel, not only in the church, but also in homes, even if this is a hard thing to do but worthwhile. I am convinced that this will be seen in Heaven when Jesus comes with His reward.

Another joy that I have is the work at the orphanage. I will say that the girls are praying for a camp with Gabi Stef. Although I know nothing about it, they are very glad that ten girls will go to camp this summer.

In the end, I pray for all of you who are partners in the ministry here. I pray first of all for Ed and Diana, the PIE committee from Romania and US, sister Marioara Barac, Matei Scheau family, and Sister Naomi etc. May Jesus reward you with everything you need.

CHRISTMAS IS JOY

Ivory and Ash Grey Photo DIY Influencer Minimalist Facebook Cover.png

We are approaching the end of the year, and we must say that the good hand of God has been with us, and with each one individually. At the end of each year I review my life for the past year. Where I was wrong, I repent and ask for grace to lead a holy life before Him. Where there are achievements, I must admit that they are only with His help.

This month was the hardest month for me. We had four villages where we delivered Christmas presents. The preparation required a lot of work, but thank God that everything went beyond expectations. I had great joy giving them to the children, but the reward will be also for you who contributed to these gifts.

First, we went to Buzoiesti village, where a group of 30 children live. They were taken from the Tigveni Orphanage and I keep in touch with them, visiting them every time I can. Second, we went to the Tigveni Orphanage where once a week we have a program in the local Evangelical Church with different groups of girls from the orphanage. Third, we went to the Rotunda village. Fourth, we went to Valea Dumiresti village. In Rotunda we gave 150 gifts and in the Valea Dumiresti we gave 60. I would like to mention that everywhere we go we give a Christian program with a biblical message about the Greatest Gift, the Lord Jesus Christ. We explain how important it is that He is to be born in our hearts.

I would like to thank the PIEI Committee from Romania and USA, and to all those who support us financially and pray for us. I remember the Ed and Diana family, Sister Marioara Barac with all her children, Matei Scheau and Sister Naomi, etc.

GREAT JOY WHEN A SINNER REPENTS

GREAT JOY WHEN A SINNER REPENTS.jpg

Before I begin, I want to tell you that I’m fighting with a flu. Please pray for my health. I have asked our missionaries to pray for me as well.

I will share with you a joy and pleasant surprise from a visit from Cornel and Gabi Stef. They came with Judy, a faithful woman from the United States, and two young people from Moldova, who want be missionaries. Together we had a meeting with a group of girls from the Tigveni Orphanage.

We had a wonderful and amazing time, which cannot be described in words. The most exciting for me was that four girls received the Lord Jesus at this meeting. At the end, everyone wanted pictures with our guests. So we enjoyed our fellowship together.

Another experience in the village of Rotunda where there were no adults coming to the church, only children. We decided to pray and fast for a day for this village. God worked! The next week we had 17 adults come to the church.

Before concluding I thank the PIEI committee (Romanian and USA), the blessed family of ED and DIDY, Matei Scheau, sister Naomi, sister Maroara Barac who recently sent me three packages of clothes. I pray the Lord Jesus will bless them and reward them here and in eternity.

With love in the Lord Jesus,

GOD WORKS IN HIS TIME

GOD WORKS IN HIS TIME.jpg

Firstly, i want to thank you for all your prayers and support. This month I went for a control at the Fundeni Hospital and I have reasons to be happy, that the liver tests have been very good, so the state of the Liver Transplant so far is very good. I want to share with you some news from this month.

A great joy this month is that the dental work to a girl from Orphanage named Stoica Gabriela (i wrote about it last month) is finished.

Also, the work in the villages of the Roma, although there are many obstacles, through the Holy Spirit they are set aside, and we go ahead, even if small steps are taken, however, we enjoy the presence of the Lord Jesus. I noticed that the poverty in these villages is very high and one of the encouragement I received was that the Bible sais that: to the poor the gospel is shared, but I saw that the Gospel has a greater effect when you help them with their needs, so this month we made 20 bags of food for the poor families who come to church. I know that everyone involved will be rewarded at the coming of Jesus, who will be soon.

In the village Valea Dumiresti where we also gave food bags, at Church meeting came Baba Ioana, who is 97 years old. I had to speak louder as she didn't hear much, I talked to her at the end and I wanted to take a picture with her.

Before I finish, I would like you to know that I carry you in prayer and I would remind the PIEI Committee from Romania and the USA, the blessed family of Ed & Diana, Barac family, Matei Scheau family and Sister Naomi, the group that visited me this summer, and so on.

WITH LOVE,

Traian Chilau - PIEI Missionary

JESUS IN SEARCH OF THE LOST SHEEPS

1.jpg

This month, at the local church in Curtea de Arges came a team of doctors from the USA who offered free consultations and treatment, many unbelievers came: around 70 people. I had two missions there: I brought 9 people from the Rotunda village, for treatment, and the second mission, in the church, until their turn came, I preached the gospel to them. I think it was a beautiful image for Heaven, especially since most of them have never been to a church before, and this occasion was one that couldn't be better.

The subject I chose to preach to them: Jesus in search of the lost sheeps, Luke 15: The lost sheep, the lost money and the lost son. The meeting was held from 10am to 6pm with a lunch break. During the break I brought to the Rotunda vilalge those who received treatment and I took others with me to get treatment. I would like to mention that today, we have a church program in the villages of Rotunda and Valea Dumiresti and we have the promise that those people who have received treatment will be present there.

I would like to tell you that Friday I have a program with the girls from Orphanage. Yesterday I was there, and I went to a dental office with a girl named Stoica Gabriela, she needs a dental prosthesis, I paid for her, and next week the prosthesis will be ready.

I promised in the report last month that I will say a few words give the meeting of the missionaries from Alba Iulia in August. I do not know how the others are, but for me it is a great joy to have this brotherly fellowship, to see each other, and believe me that the heart feels the warmth with which you are surrounded especially by the PIEI committee that served us throughout the meeting.

I also have a prayer list and I pray daily for the PIEI Committee, the wonderful Ed and Diana family, sister Marioara Barac, Jesus to strengthen her after the death of her husband, the Matei Scheau family, I have beautiful memories from their home.
If it is the will of the Lord and if we are still on earth, next year, during the conference, I would like to come to the United States for a short period, and then I want to meet with you all.

God bless you!

PATHS TO GOD

PATHS TO GOD.jpg

Every time I have to make this monthly information, I think how to be shorter, more transparent, so that everything is reflected in truth and not exaggerations. I would like to make this clear from the beginning, I do not want to impress anyone, but to show everything as before the Lord Jesus who knows us both inside and out.

My activity, or rather the service that I have from God in the place where I was seated, is spread in two Roma villages: Rotunda and Valea Dumiresti, the Tigveni orphanage and, once a month, at the old foster care in Suici village. I have noticed that the gospel is also spreading through social activities, when you buy medicines for sisters or brothers who are sick and have no money to buy them, when God puts on your heart not to be insensitive to their needs: for example a sister having managed to build a room for her to live, in the village of Rotunda, near the Church, we helped her build the foundation, with 10 bags of cement.

All of this can be reflected in the testimony that we have to show in this world, the purpose being as many people to be saved for eternity. All the time I tell people that i met that I have a desire in my heart to meet with each of them in Heaven. I am more and more certain that the coming of Jesus is near.

The girls from Orphanage were visited by Sister Gabi and brother Cornel Stef together with a team from the USA. Since then, they are mentioned in the girls prayers continuously at Orphanage and at Church.

In the Roma villages, I would like to continue the programs with children and separately the programs with adults. We teach children many Bible verses and stories. I was encouraged to proclaim the word, to plant the good seed of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit will make it Alive.

I stop here, and because this week we will have a meeting with missionaries in Alba Iulia about which I will write in the future report, I would like to thank with all my heart to the PIEI committee in Romania and the USA, as well as the sponsors who help us and who are partners with us at the spreading the gospel in the places where God has placed us.
I would mention ED and DAIANA, this wonderful family that has been by my side and who didn’t left me, for a long time, the Matei Scheau family, Sister Naomi and Sister Barac, etc.

INDESCRIBABLE JOY

INDESCRIBABLE JOY.jpg

By the grace of God it has been nearly a month and it is time to write to you.

The summer camps already finished, the mission in the Roma villages, the program with the girls at the Tigveni Orphanage are some activities that could be written, but again, I need to say a very important thing, only by His grace, we, the missionaries, are working, I am thinking that we are just instruments in His hand, and I pray that God will take His glory through everything.

3.jpg

Today, I would like to write about the joy that Brother Cornel and Sister Gabi Stef made to us, I think it was a celebration, coming to my missionary field with a team of 7 believers from the United States, a total of 9 believers. Firstly, they wanted to see the girls at the Tigveni Orphanage, God put on Brother Cornel and Sister Gabi’s hearts love for these girls for a long time ago. They keep in touch through the internet, and tell their stories and happenings.

This visit meant a lot to these girls who have no parents, I'm convinced they will not forget this US team and their testimonies. The girls were also very moved when Sister Gabi Stef was coming to encourage them, but at the same time they encouraged Sister Gabi, they are also an encouragement for other people here.

The girls received many gifts from this group: sanwishes, hygiene articles (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, toilet paper, pads, juices, candy, etc.).
We prayed together, we sang, and hardly separate.

Before concluding, I would like to mention Brother Cornel Stef's visit with me to the director of the Orphanage, we went there with hygiene articles, and we discussed a partnership plan with the Orphanage.

I stop here, not before thanking God first and then those who carry us in their hearts praying for us and financially helping our mission.

I would like to remind the family of Ed and Daiana, Sister Barac who visited us, the girls can not forget even if she is older, made them great joy with her visit.

We continue to pray for the PIEI committee in Romania and the US, we can not forget the Matei Scheau family, Naomi sister, every night you are on our prayer list.

God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. - Hebrews 6:10

INVESTING IN CHILDREN

INVESTING IN CHILDREN.jpg

I am glad of the way that God is working through the Holy Spirit. My medical condition is improoving, I feel very good, the doctors said that the new liver works fine.

From the beginning of the month we had the pleasant surprise of a visit from an American family named Timotei and Jenifer who together have 6 children, they came with Alexe Costea. They wanted to visit the Orphanage I am involved with and that day we had a 26-person meeting with the Orphanage people, at the local evangelical church building in the village of Tigveni. The girls were very happy that someone in America came to see them. They sang more songs, it was a dialogue, there were confessions from this family, we served pizza, juice, sweets, and they them gifts.
I am very pleased that the PIEI missionary Alexe and Vera Costea have brought to us this American family, and I pray that Jesus bless their mission and their family.

The second thing I would like to mention is that at the local church, the children's classes went on holiday and we went out to the picnic, the children recieved gifts and we had a beautiful fellowship there.

The third thing I want to share with you: We organize two children camps for the Roma people in June and July, for June, we have 35 children up to 12 years old, and for July we will organize a camp for the youth. The purpose of these camps is to teach children how to have an authentic relationship with Jesus.

And because we said that this month we wanted to schedule a Baptism, because more actions were crowded, it would happen either in July or in August. Please pray that this Baptism will be accomplished.

I would like to conclude this information with much thanks to the way God protects us, and prays that He blesses all who love us who prays for us.

SALVATION - THE GIFT OF GOD, BUT REWARD IS GIVEN FOR WHAT I WORK IN HIS FIELD

SALVATION - THE GIFT OF GOD, BUT REWARD IS GIVEN FOR WHAT I WORK IN HIS FIELD.jpg

I thank Jesus that people here opened their hearts to the gospel and we pray that the Lord will give us power to continue His mission.

I would like to remind you that in the village of Rotunda some brothers and sisters passed away, and we were discouraged, so we fast and prayed with more believers and the Lord Jesus did miracles, in June we will have a baptize with 7 candidates so far, I will come back with details then.

Another joy I can not forget and that remained in my heart as an echo was the meeting of Alba-Iulia of the missionaries. This was the most beautiful gift I and my wife have received.

The only care I have and which I always think and pray for is that all people who came in contact with me and hear the Good News of God, to be saved by the blood of Jesus, and seen in heaven.

I thank all those who pray for us, who support us financially: PIEI Committee, our beloved sponsors ED and DAIANA, Matei Scheau family, sister Naomi, sister Barac who sends us packages, etc.

Prayer Request:

  • Please pray for my physical health, to be strong and able to walk, to spread the Gospel.

God brings a lot of joy

5-bun.jpg

With joy in my heart, I give some information about myself, about the ministry I was called upon to do, only through the grace of God.
First of all, I thank God for health, so far the transplant goes well and the analyzes are also good, I have to go into control every 3 months. Thanks to all who pray for my health, I pray that Jesus will repay you.

I would like to remind you that this month we finished the 2 courses: Research Me and Masterpiece, written by Mandi and Maggie Cornet. it was a great blessing to me but also to the Orphanage girls.
Also, because we celebrate Easter on April 28 in Valea-Dumiresti village, we have prepared 20 food bags for those poor people who come.

Another joy that I would like to share is that I was visited by brother Cornel Stef and together we had a state of fellowship of beautiful memories we had together. Also, we talked about this blessed family of Ed and Daiana, he read their letter, we were very excited. Together with my wife, we continue to pray every day for Ed and Daiana.

Together with brother Cornel Stef, we went to the Church of Tigveni where we were expected by a group of girls from the Orphanage. Cornel spoke of the saved man, seated in the hands of our Lord Jesus. At the end, Cornel took them with the minibus to the orphanage and they was so glad and excited that they had this favor.

In conclusion, I would like to remind you to pray for the PIEI Committee in Romania and the United States of America, for the family of Ed and Daiana, for Matei Scheau, sister Noemi, sister Marioara Barac - her husband recently passed away. For all we pray that the Lord Jesus give blessing and peace.

Thankful for the love of our God

Hello brothers and sisters in Christ,

Before I write anything about the mission God gave me, I want to tell you a few things about my health. It's been a year since I suffered a head stroke and I am still under treatment. Also, in June it will be a year since my liver transplant and things are going pretty well. I tell you this because I know that out there are brothers and sisters who are praying for me and my health. I want you to know that I am very grateful for your time spent in prayer for me and for all your support. Because I understand that God still keeps me alive with a purpose, I try my best to be useful and to represent Him in my community.

I use to go every month to visit people at home or in hospitals and I am always happy to find some of them who are willing to know more about God and His love for us. Another joy I have is when I go in Valea Dumiresti and in Rotunda to see the gypsies growing closer to God. Here, our projects are a mix between social and spiritual because we want them to see the love of God when we give them clothes, food or other things that they need. For example, when I have clothes or food to spare, I always have the desire to share them with people who don't have. I noticed how their curiosity regarding the Bible grows when we give them something in the name of Jesus.

I am also happy to work every week with some kids from the orphanage. We have a special program with 10-15 girls and we are almost done with 2 bible studies by Mandi & Maggie Cornett. We are grateful for the opportunity to invest in them and we pray for their growth in Christ. Besides them, I don't forget to pray for Ed and Diana, Naomi and for the PIEI commitee. I pray that God will repay everything they do for me and for my ministry.

Thank you for all your support!

God - our refuge and strength

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. - Psalm 46:1 NIV

It is a great joy for me to inform you about what God did through my ministry.

First of all, this month we had a meeting in Alba-Iulia at PIEI Christian Centerwith all the PIEI missionaries. We had good fellowship with each other and with PIEI Committee, we shared experiences both from work and from personal life.

Although the focus was more on administrative issues, we also had moments to pray and to discuss from God's Word. I personally learn from Psalm 46 three things:

  1. God is my shelter.

  2. In God we have the necessary life resources.

  3. God is with me - to stop and meditate on these things.

This month, along with a team from our church, we went at the old foster care from Suici village. Every time it's a great joy to spend a few hours with them and turn their eyes to the salvation which we recive through our Lord's sacrifice.

We're following 3 things: to believe that they are sinners, to believe that Jesus died for their sins and the most important, to receive Jesus as a personal saviour in their hearts.

Prayer Requests:

  • For the old foster care

  • For the orphanage

  • For the villages I am involved in, and for the churches from that villages.

For those who pray for us, who help us through the PIEI mission, to the United States Committee and Romania, I pray that God bless you, protect you and repay you.
