The newly formed mission point called the Farcadin Group is now suffering. Sister Delia Oprut in whose house the group met was very sick and had surgery in the City of Deva. By the grace of God she got through and is now recovering. We met with the entire group on Communion Sunday, to encourage and support each other. Another case is Brother Ionel who was sick and is now well. It seems like all of us go through trials that test our faith. Surely the powers of darkness attack us to throw us off. We resist by praying and abiding by God’s Word.
I started rethinking the Reform and DEPANAREA projects based on the Holy Scriptures. The Lord gave me a new vision which fundamentally leads to equipping the believers to live for God and to be ready to meet Him. Another focal point is the faith which needs to grow, along with the believers’ personal relationship with the Holy Trinity. The teaching is about:
Matthew 6:33 “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
2 Corinthians 4:18 “we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
The element that brings all these together is prayer and faith that God will be involved in implementing these in the heart of people. I am thinking now of a new project called The Shepherd and His Sheep. The Savior said in John 10:16 “And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear my voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.” Based on this fact, this project refers to finding these sheep which are not in the flock of the shepherd. This will be done by preaching the Word and guidance in faith, repentance and salvation. It is our new project for personal evangelism, and we hope it will work according to our expectations. The central idea of the Scriptures is Romans 11:25 “For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in” and Mark 13:30 “Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.”
Pray with us and join us in making these projects a success!
