Since Thanksgiving, we have been having joint services with the churches in Paclisa and Barasti, celebrating and thanking the Lord for all the blessings we have received throughout year 2016. Also, in Valea Lupului we got to build the fence and main gate. Here and now, our testimony is complete. We were glad to do our part. God will be the one working in the lives of people to be saved. Both in Paclisa and Barasti there are a lot of sick people, bedridden or in the hospital. We visit them and encourage them so that they would not feel alone and discouraged. Personal evangelism continues to take place, with people who have certain affinities toward the church and the believers. However, there are other people who do not want them around them, and at time they threaten us or swear at us.
We continue with the two projects called “The Reform” and “Depanarea”. Another project is called “Jesus Is Coming.” This one will be implemented in January 2017 and will take place without a determined end time. It will be an integral part of the “Reform” project. This new project came about due to the need to prepare the believers for the coming of Lord Jesus. There is a great need and urgency for us to be prepared for this grand event, considering that the signs of His return are more and more obvious. The Bible clearly started in Luke 12:40 “Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”One of the important objectives is to control the flesh. At this time, many of our elderly are sick, and about to be with the Lord. It is a difficult mission to bring consciousness and prepare the people for this event. To help with this, I have frequent points of contact with these people either at their home, at the hospital or hospice. We continue the person to person evangelism, despite the fact that it is increasingly more difficult to contact people and preach the Gospel. These are hard times of rejection and apostasy. However, we trust completely on God to offer salvation. We pray continually for all the reasons mentioned above. Please join us in thought and prayer.
