A Strong Partnership in Mali, West Africa
The PIEI ministries in Mali are led by African nationals who are passionate about showing God's love in practical ways. The needs are great in Mali - it’s among the ten poorest countries in the world. So, the PIEI leaders in Mali have mobilized 6 African missionaries to live and work in surrounding rural villages.
The missionaries' lives and words bring healing to people living in extreme poverty. They reach out to their neighbors by fixing wells, distributing mosquito nets, and teaching families how to breed poultry or manage self-sustaining gardens. Mali in Turmoil
Recent political turmoil and famine have suddenly created instability in Mali. Our partners are ministering in an area about 170 miles away, and they are safe. We are working with them to find ways to maintain communication. Please pray for a rapid return to peace and an end to violence and hunger, so the message of hope in Christ and humanitarian aid will not be limited.
